All USA orders ship via UPS Ground from Bontanny's US warehouse. fulfillment center fulfills orders Monday - Friday. Shipping time typically 1-5 business days.
BONTANNY ships all lights in unopened boxes, so customers will receive their lights in pristine condition. If you should receive a product that has been damaged while in transit please reach out to us.

What does this warranty cover?
The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, Bontanny will replace, at no charge, products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct the problems?
Bontanny will replace the products at no charge. For the first 180 days, Bontanny will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. After the first 180 days, buyer will be responsible for product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to us. Please retain the tracking information for proof of delivery to us.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, or modification; the warranty does not cover theft or loss of the product.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You may be asked to provide proof of any defects, and therefore you should maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.
Warranty valid only to original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty period starts the date the original purchased unit is delivered.
Returns&Refunds
Bontanny offers the following refund and warranty policy for all of our customers.
Order Cancellation
- Bontanny accepts order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
- Orders cannot be canceled if the product has already been shipped out.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Bontanny requires returns to be sent back in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
- Customers must retain tracking information to provide proof of delivery to Bontanny.
- Bontanny is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments and reserves the right to charge for any damages caused to the product.
Refunds
- Refunds during the 30-day trial period are 100% of the product cost. Elective expedited shipping costs and international shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Returns must include your full name and order number and be postmarked before the end of the 30-day trial period. Returns after this period will not be accepted.
- If the returned product is damaged or in an unsellable condition, the shipment will be refused and returned to the sender.
- The return shipping address will be provided via email after the return application is received.
Damages
- Buyers have 10 days after delivery to report receipt of a damaged item. Inspect your product carefully and report any damages within this period.
- Bontanny is not responsible for damages reported after the 10-day period.
- Photo and video proof of the damaged product is required to address the issue with the manufacturer or shipping company.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
- If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
- Items will be replaced if they are defective or damaged, subject to damage proof requirements. Photo and video proof of the damaged product is required.
