Equipment Limited Warranty
Please read this agreement carefully before using this product. By using this equipment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you consent to be bound by it.
As a fitness and spa equipment manufacturer, VACUACTIVUS warrants all new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty periods specified below. These periods begin on the invoice date of the original purchase. This warranty applies only to defects discovered within the warranty period and extends only to the original purchaser of the product. Parts repaired or replaced under this warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. To claim under this warranty, the buyer must notify the Manufacturer or an authorized VACUACTIVUS Distributor within 30 days of discovering any nonconformity and make the affected product available for inspection by the Manufacturer or its service representative. The Manufacturer’s obligations under this warranty are limited as outlined below.
All VACUACTIVUS products include a standard one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering the body, motors, and parts. Additionally, our clients can opt for unlimited post-warranty service. All Commercial Products manufactured and sold are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein:

High Wear Console Items (e.g., Headphone Jacks, USB Connectors): 90 days

Color or other types of touch screens and/or Media connectors: 90 days

Product Labor: 1 year
The fitness equipment manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty, assuming proper use according to the instruction manual. Unlimited post-warranty technical support is also available. The Manufacturer undertakes to repair defects revealed during the warranty period free of charge. In case of minor issues, the Manufacturer will send replacement parts with instructions to minimize device downtime. For serious issues, a service company or authorized service representative will be dispatched to resolve the problem.
Defects discovered during the warranty period will be corrected at no cost within 90 days of notification. For safe and proper operation, periodic maintenance of the device and electrical system is recommended, at least once every six months.
The warranty does not cover damage to equipment caused by:
- Improper handling or use contrary to its intended purpose
- Force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, lightning)
- Mechanical damage, unauthorized modifications, or moving and reinstalling the equipment
- Improper installation by unauthorized parties or tampering with warranty seals
Excluded Components:
- Connecting cords, plugs, sockets, switches, buttons, batteries, cables, wire covers, belts, exercise skirts, rolls, pedals, working jets, working surfaces, aroma containers, massage mats, decorative strips, etc.
- Consumable parts subject to wear during operation (e.g., bearings, belts, ropes, springs, track tops, pulleys, hinges, screw connections, leather surfaces, wooden surfaces, extra wood parts, pillows, chairs, etc.), unless the defect is not due to normal wear and tear but inherent causes.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to any software updates or defects that do not materially affect the product’s exercise functionality. It also excludes cosmetic items or exterior damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, improper service or installation, mishandling, or unauthorized design modifications.
The Manufacturer is not responsible for changes in global broadcast standards, signal quality, or future compatibility. They cannot guarantee heart rate measurement accuracy, which can vary based on various factors.
The warranty does not cover the work or products of third-party companies. Equipment installed in a country other than where it was sold voids the warranty. Moving parts bolted to the structural frame are not included in the “Structural Frame” warranty.
Disclaimer and Release:
The limited warranties provided are the exclusive warranties given by the Manufacturer and supersede any prior, contrary, or additional representations, whether oral or written. Any implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the periods of express warranties given above. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
VACUACTIVUS disclaims all other obligations or liabilities, express or implied, arising by law or otherwise, regarding any nonconformance or defect in any product. This disclaimer and release shall apply even if the express warranty fails of its essential purpose.
Exclusive Remedies:
For any product that fails to conform to its warranty, the Manufacturer will provide one of the following at its sole discretion: (1) repair; (2) replacement; (3) sending replacement parts; or (4) a refund of the purchase price. Warranty service may be obtained by contacting the authorized Service Center or Distributor from whom the item was purchased.
Exclusion of Consequential and Incidental Damages:
The Manufacturer and/or its suppliers shall have no obligation or liability for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
