3 years for main machine and 3 months for
parts replacement. Should you need parts after the Warranty period, Rejuva Fresh
will provide the parts at cost for life of the machine. Should the main machine require
replacement, it will be at the sole discretion of the engineers of Rejuva Fresh, and in such case you will be responsible for shipping cost.
The Warranty includes remote technical support including comprehensive analysis of any issues and communication with our technicians by Zoom or FaceTime.
Clear videos to show how to replace such parts so the job can be done efficiently by yourself, without the need to send your machine for repair will also be offered.
Returns
Return is accepted only if the product is found to be defective or damaged.
Damage/defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery. In such cases, you must provide sufficient evidence of the damage/defect and the return must be approved by
Rejuva Fresh.
Upon confirmed receipt of the returned goods, Rejuva Fresh will issue a free replacement.
