Return policy and Warranty Overview - 30-day no questions asked return policy as well as a 5-year warranty for the Halogenerator. Customers must initiate the return within 30 days of the delivery date. Customers will be sent a return label and a full refund for product will be issued when the machine is returned
Warranty
Our SALT FX home halogenerators are covered by a Manufacturer warranty.
This is an aggregate, five (5) year warranty that covers defects in the manufacture, materials, and components of the SALT FX home halogenerator and subject to exclusions set forth herein-below and is contingent upon the proper maintenance, operation and climate conditions as further outlined in the above entities’ respective operating manuals, which are incorporated herein by this reference. It is the responsibility of the Customer to read, understand, operate and maintain the SALT FX home halogenerator according to the manual. The warranty commences upon delivery of equipment to the Customer. For any issues or troubleshooting, please contact our support. If the issue(s) cannot be resolved via troubleshooting and additional and/or other replacement parts are necessary, Salt Therapy Home, LLC will then send the appropriate parts via UPS/USPS standard delivery (expedited delivery is not included but can be requested at the Customer’s expense). Upon discovery of an suspected defect, Customer shall notify by telephone or email as soon as practical, and in addition, by written letter within 48 hours of discovery of the defect of any claim whatsoever that Customer may have with respect to any product delivered hereunder, and failure to give such notice within the specified time shall constitute an unqualified waiver of all warranty claims with respect to the product(s). Upon receipt of notice of defective or non-conforming product(s), Salt Therapy Home, LLC and/or its designee may inspect such product(s) at Customer’s location or require that the product(s) be returned to Salt Therapy Home, LLC freight prepaid. Any replaced parts must be packaged and returned by the Customer with the proper Return Authorization form provided by Salt Therapy Home, LLC.
The SALT FX home halogenerator is designed for residential use, and should not be used in a commercial/business environment. Using the SALT FX home halogenerator in a commercial/business environment will void the warranty.
Inspection of Goods
As soon as goods are delivered to the Customer, Customer shall be under an affirmative obligation to promptly inspect the goods, whether or not the inspection of the goods is difficult due to size or the goods or manner of packaging of the goods. Notice in writing shall be given within 48 hours of receipt of goods of any defects or omissions. Failure to give written notice specifying in detail the objections of the Customer within the afore-mentioned 48 hours following receipt shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods and potential waiver of any warranty with respect thereto. Goods subject to a complaint must be kept intact and protected as directed by the shipping Carrier. If the shipment of the goods is postponed or delayed by the Customer for any reason, the Customer agrees to reimburse Salt Therapy Home for any and all storage costs and other additional costs resulting therefrom.
Return Policy
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
• A return authorization must be requested from our Customer Success Team within 30 days of your shipment date. To request a return authorization, please contact Customer Service here.
• You must return the product to Salt Therapy Home in the original packaging in the good condition received (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
• The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
• When Salt Therapy Home receives the device at their warehouse, they will inspect the shipment to ensure all parts and accessories have been returned in the original packaging and there are no damages. Returned units that are excessively dirty or require extensive cleaning may incur a $25 cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once the device has been inspected, usually in 2-5 business days, your refund will be processed and reimburse the payment method you used for the purchase. It can take up to 5-10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement.
