Silver Fox 2283N Spa Table - 2283N

Coverage:

• All Silverfox products are covered against manufacturer defects under a 2-year warranty.

Inspection and Reporting:

• Merchandise must be inspected upon receipt.
• Damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Defective Items:

• Upon discovering a defect, the customer should stop using the defective item to prevent further damage.
• If the item is under warranty, Silverfox will:
  • Provide necessary parts at no cost.
  • Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and cover the cost of repairs.
• Silverfox will determine, at its discretion, whether the item is repairable or needs replacement.
  • Replacement will only occur if the item is deemed not repairable.

Larger Items:

• For larger items shipped by freight, the customer may choose to:
  • Package and ship the item to Silverfox at their own expense, or
  • Have repairs performed on-site.
• Silverfox will provide all necessary parts and detailed instructions for repairs at no cost.

Exclusions:

• Warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by:
  • Improper use (including wrong voltage)
  • Negligence
  • Natural wear
• Damages occurring during delivery or installation are also not covered.
• Warranty is voided if the product is manipulated by unauthorized personnel.

Returns:

• Returns will not be accepted without an authorized RMA.
• If an item under warranty cannot be repaired, Silverfox may replace it at no cost.
• Returned products must be:
  • Packed in good condition
  • In original packaging
  • Clearly displaying the RMA number on the box.
• All products must be received within 30 days from the date the RMA was issued.

Geographic Limitations:

• Warranty applies exclusively within the USA.
