What is Cryotherapy Good For?
Whole-body cryotherapy is good for many reasons. Some of the benefits of whole-body cryotherapy are still being explored, but most of them are not in doubt. People have been using “cold treatment” for years and here are some of the most common effects.
Cryotherapy good for your immune system
Short-time exposure to extremely low temperatures between -110°C and -170°C strengthen the immune system. Whole-body cryotherapy triggers systemic adaptive thermoregulation mechanisms. The response of the body to extreme cold occurs through changes in the endocrine, circulatory, nervous-muscular, and immune systems, which results in analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative effects.

Cryomed provides all of our customers with one-day training session at the customer location, to ensure that your personnel delivers top-notch services to your customers. The instructor will also assist you to locate and plug your Cryosouna onsite.
The training covers the specifics of cryogenic equipment operation, including:
Installation Requirements: Ventilation, oxygen monitoring, connecting/disconnecting nitrogen tanks.
Nitrogen Safety: Handling, transporting, and storing liquid nitrogen; safety precautions.
Conducting Sessions: Customer briefing, operational sequence, positioning, monitoring, temperature/time control, nitrogen management, emergency actions.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Cleaning, drying, remedies, and action plans for equipment failure.

Warranty and Shipping
Shipping
Estimated delivery time is 14 days after the payment for chambers in standard Colors [the free color options]. For chambers out of stock or not in standard colors the estimated delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks.
Warranty
Cryomed provides all of our customers with the next Warranty:
The Warranty period is 36 months (3 years) from the date of delivery, but no more then 37 months from the moment of shipment.
Any defects in the Goods revealed during the warranty period must be documented in a Reclamation Report. The Reclamation Report should include a detailed written description of the technical problem in English, along with photos and/or videos as needed to establish the cause and circumstances of the fault.
Cryomed will decide If the faulty component is covered under the warranty terms.
The Customer is obligated to send the faulty assemblies or components to Cryomed's address to establish the cause of the fault. A serviceable component shall be sent to the Customer within 10 (ten) bank days. No replacement component shall be sent without the Reclamation Report. The delivery costs are on the customer.
If the faulty component conforms to the terms of warranty, it is replaced free of charge. If the faulty component does not conform to the terms of warranty, the customer pays the price of the component.
The warranty only covers components, not delivery cost or labor and expenses related to the technician's travel. If the customer insists on a visit of Cryomed technician, the customer shall pay all expenses related to the technician's travel. cryomed shall make a separate invoice to cover the above costs.
Cryomed's guarantee policy is excluded in the following cases:
the Goods bear evidence of attempted unqualified, unauthorized repairs;
the Goods bear evidence of mechanical damage to the fabric and the outer shell;
the defect is caused by modifications made in the design or the circuit diagram without Cryomed's approval;
the revealed defects are caused by foreign objects, matter, liquids, insects, animals, etc. found in the Goods;
the defect is caused by failure to observe the Goods operation modes referred to in the Operation Manual;
the damage was caused by force-majeure circumstances, i.e. power supply failures, lightning, fire, flood, etc.;
the defects were caused by vacuum leak of the Dewar vessel;
for any valve malfunctions, if a cryogenic hose is not supplied or approved by Cryomed.
Tank Type
Pressurized Tanks (Default Option):

Description: Vacuum-jacketed tanks with valves and gauges.

Usage: Suitable for high customer flow (more than 10 daily) and businesses like gyms, spas and clinics but also good for home use.

Capacity: Typically 240 liters, accommodating about 60 sessions.

Advantages: Higher capacity, more efficient for frequent use, but higher evaporation rate (2-5%).

Popularity: Most customers choose pressurized tanks, even for home use.
