Warranty
Aesthetic Solutions warrants the DERMAGLOW D3 or EST to be free from
defects in parts, labor and workmanship for as long as you own the device!
This Limited warranty is null and void if the customer attempts to fix, alter,
repair, open, or modify the unit. Damage to the unit due to mishandling, misuse,
or improper maintenance (e.g., failure to use only authorized Aesthetic Solutions’
UltraPure Class 1 Crystals and filter bags, failure to replace the filter as directed
in the manual, etc.) nullifies the warranty during the warranty period and
thereafter. The warranty is not transferable.
This warranty does not include the hand piece, hand piece tips, and hand piece
connectors, filters or other disposable items.
Aesthetic Solutions reserves the right to replace the customers unit with a similar device
upon its sole discretion.
Repairs
If a customer encounters an issue with the Dermaglow device, they must
first contact the technical support department for troubleshooting, If the issue cannot be resolved by phone, the end customer may obtain a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the Supplier’s customer service
department to return the device for repair. If the device is covered by the
warranty, It will be repaired at no charge and returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from
the service center.
Loaner Support
Aesthetic Solutions will ship a loaner unit while customers unit is undergoing
repair. Customer may specify the shipping method used to expedite delivery.
The Customer is responsible for shipping the loaner unit back within three (3)
days of receiving a repaired or replacement unit. Rental charges of $150 a day
will accrue upon a failure to return loaner units. The Customer is responsible for
any and all shipping charges incurred.
Note: For easier shipping, we encourage customer to KEEP THE ORIGINAL BOX
AND PACKING MATERIALS FOR the UNIT. These boxes are custom made to fit the
Dermaglow device and it may be difficult to find proper sized boxes for shipping.
Replacement boxes and foam sets will be billed at a minimum of $150.
Return Policy
Each Dermaglow device is sold with a 30-day money back guarantee. Customer
may return the Dermaglow for any reason within 30 days of delivery of the
device. The Dermaglow device must be returned in original packaging and free
from any wear or damage. Customer is responsible for paying for All shipping
charges incurred for the delivery and return of the device.
Disposable products cannot be returned, and devices
will not be accepted for return after this 30-day period.
