Warranty
Summit to Sea warrants our products and accessories against defect for two years from delivery date. The warranty covers parts and labor to repair the Summit to Sea system. Summit to Sea, at our option and sole discretion, will repair or replace the warranty item. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of misuse or unauthorized modification. Shipping to and from Summit to Sea is the customer's responsibility.
Summit to Sea has always and will continue to cover all components on our chambers - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses... in other words if it came from Summit to Sea we will stand behind our product.
Extended warranties are available for purchase anytime within the two-year warranty period. The extended warranties also cover all components on the chamber - including zipper, windows, seams, valves, hoses, etc.
Return Policy
Summit to Sea is so confident in the quality and ergonomics of our products we offer an unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you decide to return your product within the first 15 days from delivery simply call the Summit to Sea reseller you purchased your product from and they will gladly refund the purchase price of the chamber minus original shipping charges.
A full refund will be issued provided the chamber is received in its original condition as delivered to you. In the event the chamber is returned damaged, dirty, or missing components there will be a charge to bring the chamber back to the original condition. The customer accepts responsibility for the cost of shipping the product back to Summit to Sea.

Is assembly and operation straightforward?
Yes, assembling and operating the chambers is straightforward. with your order, you will be sent assembly and operations videos and manuals to guide you.
Assembling typically requires about 30-40 minutes and the help of another person. Furthermore, Summit to Sea's customer support is accessible by phone daily to aid with assembly and support with anything you may need.
For those preferring a professional setup, we offer a paid on-site installation service. After your purchase, the installation team will contact you to schedule their visit.
What Is the Maintenance Programs?
Life is busy with a list of to-do’s. One of these tasks is to remember to order filters, zipper lubricant and cleaner for your hyperbaric chamber to ensure you are breathing clean air and protecting your zipper. Regular and consistent maintenance of your chamber will provide you with many years of safe operation. Summit to Sea does the remembering for you with our filter maintenance program. We will ship this maintenance package to your door every 6 months.

How do I get the 10% Military/First Responder discount?

WHO QUALITIES FOR MILITARY DISCOUNT (Active or Retired)? Immediate family (husband, wife, son, daughter, grandfather, grandmother, grandchildren.) Those who are serving or have served in the military. Those who are serving or have served as policemen. Those who are serving or have served as firefighters or first responders.
Please bear in mind our chambers are requiring a prescription for purchase.
Any MD, DO, or dental surgeon with current state licensure can provide a prescription. The prescription must include a positive recommendation for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
The appointment with the medical professional may be in-person or virtual via telehealth or another online method.
Dr. Garry Warner is a chiropractor that offers HBOT consults via telehealth, and he can write you a prescription for a hyperbaric chamber and/or oxygen concentrator. He charges a $55 fee for this service, which you can pay over the phone by credit card. If you are interested in his services, give him a call at (303)915-4813. We accepts prescriptions written by Dr. Warner. Or you may opt to consult your own doctor.
